4-5-10: referral received at 1:30 pm...unexpectedly while at work...her name is Yong Xiao E from Changsha Hunan Province! she was born 7-9-2009. she will be 9 months old on friday!! we cannot wait to meet her!!!

My daughter was from the very same orphanage and I just adopted her 5 months ago!! The children there are very well cared for, have a great nanny to baby ratio and she also came home almost on target developmentally and caught up very quickly.

She is beautiful! We got our referral on March 2, 2010. We might just need to meet at the beach to let the little ones play together.
